We believe that the most effective learning happens on the job, that's why our training is employer-led. We train you in the skills employers are looking for when hiring, by immersing you in our synthetic company and training you to solve real-world challenges using your skills.

Our programme is focused on giving learners the experience that they need, working with real data, which means that they're able to actually hit the ground running.

iO-Sphere's Experience Accelerator is the only bootcamp that gives the real experience of working in a high-performing, modern data team. Learners train in modern tech stacks, and then apply their new technical skills in a fictional e-commerce company that uses over 500 million rows of real web, product and customer data. Instead of a traditional teacher-classroom environment, coaches from industry help iO-Sphere learners build real, applied experience that translates directly into a job.

iO-Sphere's curriculum purposefully balances technical skills with business acumen, soft skills, professional skills, and career skills. Projects include building performance dashboards and KPIs, customer segmentation, web funnels, loyalty program evaluation, and product margin optimisation.
